DEAL Consultancy is an independent firm servicing banks, insurers and asset managers in the Benelux. They consult and support institutions in their business development efforts like setting a distinct distribution strategy, building business partnerships, defining market entry plans, improving sales performance and considerations for a digital footprint.
AF Advisors and DEAL Consultancy jointly developed the Sales Effectiveness Assessment and an Online Sales framework.
Sales Effectiveness Assessment
By combining each other strengths in assessing business drivers and sales performance a monitor is developed showing the relevant elements in optimizing and increasing business results. The structured set up and scoring on individual elements provides tangible actions and practical advice for short and long term improvements. The monitor is also available in an extended premium version.
Online sales framework
By combining our strengths and experience in starting businesses in multiple countries with extensive multi-sector competition insights we developed a framework to recommend opportunities in digital sales and distribution.
AF Advisors, in cooperation with LNBB actuarissen+pensioenconsultants, analyses Dutch individual defined contribution products. With the label Penformance we offer a comparison tool (Penformance Beleggingstoets) to the Dutch pension advisory community. This tool analyses all Dutch individual defined contribution products on the effectiveness of the life cycle, investment policy, sustainability policy, costs, returns and reporting.
